You can return any physical OnTopic card game within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
What’s Eligible
- Unopened games in original packaging
- Opened games that are like new and complete
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (on us, obviously)
If your game arrived damaged or something’s missing, we’ll take care of it—no hassle.
What’s Not Eligible
- Returns requested after 30 days
- Items that are heavily used, incomplete, or intentionally damaged
How Returns Work
- Email us at support@ontopic.app with your order number
- Tell us what went wrong (photos help if something’s damaged)
- We’ll send you return instructions or a replacement—fast
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or our mistake: we cover shipping
- Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
